Administrative Assistant
Fulltime Position
Job Description
We are looking for a pro-active Administrative Assistant who has a passion for administration and excellent organising skills.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate both internal (employee) and external (customer) meetings and events, including fun team activities
Answer and direct phone calls;
Plan, coordinate and confirm meeting logistics;
Provide general administrative support throughout the company to ensure efficient operation of the office;
Keep internal procedures up to date;
Participate and support interdepartmental projects.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in an administrative or customer support role
Warmth, optimism and a can do attitude
Experience working on a Mac operating system and with Google Suite products
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
A self-starter and someone who takes initiative
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Exceptional communication skills
